Classes and Seminars
All the classes or seminars I recommend are ones that I've taken and recommend. Sure, I give seminars, but that doesn't mean I know everything. I still jump at the chance to attend another one that can help me better understand life and people. I feel these can help you get a better understanding or direction in your life. Since I outline my own on the "Services" page, they won't be mentioned again here.
THE 15-MINUTE MIRACLE - Jacquelyn Aldana. This is too much fun to be a workshop, so Jacque calls them Playshops. If you want to go have a good time and learn some terrific ways to manifest, do this. The process is her own, born out of experimentation and intuitive guidance in a time when she needed to get her life on track. Now she passes on what she proves daily in her life to anyone who wants to learn. On a scale of 1 to 10, this one is an 11.

THUNDERWOLF ALTERNATIVES - Raymon Grace. I don't know where to start with this one. He teaches a combination of Native American shamanistic techniques, Silva Mind techniques and alternative healing. Of all the techniques I've learned, I use more of what Raymon taught me in a one day class than just about all the techniques I've picked up in other classes. He is the one who introduced me to Shamanistic Journeying and the Native American Medicine Place. His humor and country wisdom combine to make his classes totally delightful and entertaining. I think he could recite the alphabet and make it interesting.

POWER OF THOUGHT SCHOOL, Ozark Research Institute. I've attended this school twice. It's 4 or 5 days long and you have a new teacher each day. The teachers vary for every school, so you can go to a whole bunch of them and maybe get the same teacher a couple of times. The schools are usually offered in February and September. This is a good way to learn alternative healing techniques in an almost magical environment.

QUANTUM PSYCHOLOGY, Stephen Wolinsky. Wolinsky is a PhD who spent 10 years studying Eastern philosophies and now has put it all together with Western ways of thinking. This isn't how to cover up problems, rather it deals with how to truly understand why you react the way you do and how you can change those reactions when they no longer serve you. Of all the schools of thought, this one has perhaps helped me the most on my path to lightening my load. Wolinsky's information is great stuff.

AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF HYPNOTHERAPY, Wayne R. Morrison, DCH. I took the accelerated hypnotherapy weekend seminar recently. My intention was to try to glean some understanding from the class, if possible, considering the topic. Boy was I in for a surprise! Wayne did one of the best jobs of presenting I have ever seen. In addition, his attitude was in keeping with everything I believe. If you want to get an advanced approach to hypnotherapy that goes way beyond entertaining, give them a call and sign up. Be sure to check that Wayne is the teacher, I don't know if anyone else could keep such a fast, entertaining pace.
